clinic The Kelsom Clinic, Inc. is a primary care specialty clinic with the objective to provide the most quality healthcare to the city of Irving and the surrounding area.

The Kelsom Clinic, Inc. was founded by a group of board certified internists. We care for patients of all ages, anything from school physicals and well woman exams to minor emergencies, to managing common medical problems. We are located at the northwest corner of West Irving Blvd. and Pioneer Blvd.

We accept over 40 insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP.The billing department will file appropriate charges to the insurance. Patients are only responsible for charges not covered by their healthcare plan. In some circumstances, we work out payment plans that address individual situations. For questions regarding your bill or account, feel free to call 972 259 3888. We accept all healthcare plans, Medicare and Medicaid.

An appointment should be made prior to coming into the office. We shall need your phone number and insurance information at the time you make an appointment. To make an appointment please call (972) 254-7272.

Emergencies

Minor emergencies that are not life threatening which occur during regular hours should be attended to immediately in the office. As a courtesy to our

regularly scheduled patients, we respectfully ask that you call before coming to the office. Major life threatening emergencies dial 911 or go directly to the emergency room at the nearest hospital. For urgent problems that are less serious call (972) 254 7272 and follow the prompts. All urgent calls will be forwarded to the physician on call. The physician will return your call and advise you appropriately.
